Primary Duties:
– Regularly clean and maintain ablution and shower facilities, ensuring adequate provision of essential items.
– Report any misconduct, damages, or removal of furniture to the supervisor.
– Sweep paved areas, workshops, plant rooms, and ablutions.
– Clean and maintain parking areas and building entrances.
– Ensure cleanliness of conference rooms and service of dustbins.
– Clear debris and maintain garden cleanliness.
– Properly utilize cleaning chemicals according to specified instructions.
– Clean handrails, staircases, windows, microwaves, and fridges.
– Assist with furniture moving as needed.
– Prepare refuse bags for collection by service providers.
– Dust desks, cupboards, chairs, and furniture.
– Perform weekly cleaning of roofs, solar panels, and management parking areas.
