This programme is intended to provide the students with the necessary knowledge and skills in order to be able to perform their tasks efficiently within a banking environment. The NQF Level 5 Higher Certificate in Banking Services will be completed by the students. This qualification will contribute to the development of the student in the banking sector and provide work experience in vehicle and asset finance products. The performance of customer facing roles within collections shall be a primary focus.

Experiences within the workplace at ABSA: join and be part of all workplace experiences against agreed development objectives.

Learning: join and be part of all training and development interventions against agreed development objectives.

Ad Hoc duties: Assist both the customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis.

Administration: Assist in all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting.
