AGRICULTURAL SKILLS PROGRAMME:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This program is for agricultural skills. The project aims to provide sustainable shared value for all stakeholders, including the communities, and will support the socio-economic development of the City of Umhlathuze. Daily, rigorous academic and hands-on training will take place at the Empangeni farm.
The following abilities will be acquired by you via the program:
– Admin and documentation abilities
– Soiling seeds
– Crop growth
– Sorting, packing, and harvesting of crops
– Entrepreneurial Capabilities
REQUIREMENTS:
– Range of 18 to 34 years old.
– Able to show an interest in agriculture, for example, through courses in agricultural science or prior experience with vegetable or communal gardening at home.
– Prepared to relocate out of the province in order to be placed following training.
– Able to verify that they have finished high school.
– Citizens of South Africa.
– Strong and in good physical shape, capable of prolonged physical labor.
– Capable of working both individually and in a team.

HOSPITALITY TRAINING PROGRAMME:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The hospitality training program offered by Afrika Tikkun Services is currently seeking young people interested in enrolling. The program will take place at CBM Training in Bedfordview and last for four months, with the possibility of job placement upon successful completion.
The instruction takes place in a classroom.
Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 16:30 p.m., is full-time training.
Monthly transportation allowance will be given.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Citizen of South Africa
– Be a Gauteng resident
– 18–34 age range.
– Must have attended a government-funded public school (free).
– Needed to have received a child support grant at some point during their lives. It should have been given to the parent on their behalf.
– Candidate needs only possess matriculation.
– The trainability assessment must be passed by the candidate without matriculation.
– Need must have a passion for the hospitality sector
AUTOMATIVE INDUSTRY SKILLS PROGRAMME:
DESCRIPTION:
For a duration of 12 months, our client, a South African automotive sector company, is looking for jobless youth between the ages of 18 and 28 to join their youth employment service program. The chosen applicant should be keen to start a career in the automotive business in a setting that offers guidance and assistance to help people develop. This is a fantastic chance to learn and perform at a high caliber. Candidates who are selected will need to complete work readiness training.

Adhere to the program for a full year.
