DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONAL SERVICES IS HIRING 4X ADMINISTRATION CLERK

SALARY : R216 417 per annum
REQUIREMENTS:
– Grade 12.
– Previous experience in a parole profile environment will be advantageous.
– Computer literacy.
– Competencies And Attributes: Communication.
– Client orientation and customer focus.
– Problem solving and analysis.
– Decision making.
– Integrity and honesty.
– Confidentiality.
– Good interpersonal relations.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
– Filing and safe keeping of lifer profiles.
– Administration of lifer profiles between the NCCS Secretariat, and Directorate: Pre-Release Resettlement and the Ministry.
– Organizing and managing the NCCS meetings.
– Organizing and managing meetings for the Parole Review Board and Correctional Service.
– Preparing the NCCS draft of recommendations. Managing enquiries with regard to the lifer profile.
– Managing revocation of parole and reinstatement applications.
