Unemployed National Youth Services Programme: Various Locations

As a National Youth Service Participant, you may be responsible for one of the following :

Coaches: Coaching players cricket at the hub and feeder schools
Team Leader: Assist the Hub head coach with monitoring the workforce employed for the NYS Project phase 2, sign-off beneficiary timesheets, communicating with the hub coaches, clubs, and assist with adhoc admin work.
Administrators: Assist the Hub head coach with communicating with the school teachers, hub assistant coaches, players and parents about the programs taking place at the hub. Assist submitting scorecards to the hub head coaches.
Ground Staff: Clean cricket facilities (nets, outfield, and clubhouse) prior to the start of the training sessions at the venue.
Scores: Score cricket matches for the hub teams when they play matches internally and externally
Umpiring: Officiate cricket matches for the hub teams when they play matches internally and externally

Requirements:

Beneficiaries need to reside within proximity of the CSA hub.
Opportunity is for South African citizens.
All successful candidates must provide certified copy of ID, banking details and bank confirmation letter.
Job opportunities are open to all unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35 years.

Surveys & Data Management.

You will gain practical skills and knowledge through hands-on learning experiences while enhancing service delivery efforts in their communities.

Role requirement:

Grade 9
South African with valid ID
18-35 years
Unemployed and not in any other public employment programme
Provide police clearance or affidavit
Not receiving the Social Relief of Distress Grant or NSFAS
Strong verbal and written communication
Available for a minimum of 5 hours for 5 days a week

As a National Youth Service Participant, you will be responsible for:

Retail & Nutrition Support Agent
Manage Nutrition Support Agents
Sign-off timesheets
Financial recordkeeping Reporting
