Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team leaders/supervisors to meet planned operational targets.
Conduct daily inspections of assigned areas of responsibility.
Manually load and unload construction supplies from trucks, and operate equipment for the same purpose.
Utilize various hand and power tools, following management directives.
Transfer materials to and from construction sites using shovels.
Clean and prepare construction sites, including debris removal and proper waste disposal, and assist in trench digging.
Ensure safety and cleanliness at construction sites.
Maintain a clean job site by appropriately handling and storing materials, and ensuring all tools and equipment are picked up and stored when not in use.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding discipline.
Maintain good housekeeping standards at all times.

Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
General Requirements:
Ability to comprehend relevant standard operating procedures.
Medical fitness for working in a mining environment.
Successful completion of the mine’s screening process.
Availability for occasional overtime work.
