Call Centre Sales Agents X5 – A leading technology firm with a special focus on vehicle tracking and telematics is looking for highly motivated and result-driven Sales Agents to join our dynamic team at Mango5 in Cape Town.
In this role, you will work in our fast-paced call center, where your main responsibility will be to present and sell our latest tracking solutions to potential customers over the phone. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a customer-centric approach, will be key to your success in this role.
Insurance Sales Agents X10 – Join the team at Mango5 in Cape Town as a Short-Term Insurance Sales Agent! We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to sell home, car, and risk insurance policies for some of the biggest insurance companies in the industry. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
make outbound calls to potential customers.
Present and sell our tracking solutions, explaining features and benefits accurately.
Use persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
Capture and process orders accurately.
Maintain a high level of product and company knowledge.
Meet and exceed set sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and complaints effectively.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Clear ITC
Clear criminal record
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
An exceptional negotiator
Confident in cold calling
Have a minimum of 6 months of call center experience
Have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
Computer literate with good data-capturing capabilities

WORKING HOURS:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8 am to 5 pm
Tuesdays are Marathon Days: 8 am to 8 pm with R50 provided towards lunch
Friday: 8 am to 3:30 pm
You will be required to work 1 Saturday per month: 8 am to 1:00 pm
