This is the driving force behind our dedication and commitment to our training programs. We attract a diverse range of learners from South Africa’s largest retail groups and now from the services sector.

Our training programs encompass:

– Entry-level learners starting with our NQF1 12-month learnerships and progressing to NQF 5 qualifications.
– Specialized middle management programs for supervisors and middle managers, catering to entry-level supervisors to junior managers.
– Our renowned Management Action Program (MAP), designed for retail executives, equipping them with store-specific strategies for success.
– Cutting-edge leadership training courses for senior executives.

All our training programs are fully accredited by the Wholesale and Retail SETA and the Services SETA in South Africa.

RelatED initially served South Africa’s retail industry. Over the past decade, we have successfully trained over 8,700 learners, equipped 3,742 senior managers, and impacted over 35 retail groups within 250 communities throughout South Africa.

Our training initiatives have yielded significant outcomes:

– An average retention rate of 84%, demonstrating that 84% of our learners complete their qualifications and the full 12 months’ experience in stores.
– Achieving 100% attendance in all theoretical interventions within a year.
– Empowering youth from impoverished areas to see opportunities to alleviate poverty.
– Assisting and securing funding for 16 young learners to pursue three-year Retail Diplomas at UJ.
– Over 3,000 managers attending our interventions, leading to continued success and sustained programs within business units.

Our Rural Youth projects align with the National Development Plan, contributing to skills development, creating value, and reducing unemployment. We receive massive support and cooperation from community leaders and school principals. Additionally, 67% of our young attendees are female, promoting gender inclusivity. Most of our graduates are promoted to managerial positions.
