We strongly believe that the future of the ‘learning to employment’ will be driven by coherent workplace training solutions with the 4th Industrial Revolution.
A Learnership is a structured learning Programme for both employed and unemployed learners. The duration of a learnership is (12 months) with formative and summative assessments, 30% classroom based learning and 70% on the job training. . B-BBEE target spend for companies is now 6% of payroll. Learnerships provide the opportunity towards achieving these new targets while added benefits include tax rebates and discretionary funding from your SETA for qualifying companies.

SEAMSTRESS LEARNERSHIP
A company based in Durban is looking for candidates to participate in the seamstress learnership program. Basic knowledge of sewing and sewing machine operation is a requirement. Must be between 18-34 years of age. Include your recently certified copies of your ID and Matric certificate.
Duration: 12 months
Stipend: R3000
Start date: 15 January 2024
