Service Delivery Brigade X2380 posts – R3500 per month:

Social Development Learnership Programme Requirements:

• Grade 12. No experience required. South African citizens. Clear criminal record or no pending cases. Communication (verbal and written), computer literacy, data collection and capturing. Exposure in the food security environment will be an added advantage.

Duties :

• Household profiling, collect and capture data, assist with community outreach and service delivery activities, hotspot intervention, campaigns, mapping, minor finance-process duties, administration support, food distribution. Must be able to work independently and in a team, ability to use computer or type (basic software knowledge), ability to perform general duties like carry stock and packages.

Social Development Learnership: Supervisor X76 – R6000:

Requirements:

• NQF level 6/7 degree in development related field with a minimum experience of 1 year in development related field will be an added advantage

Duties :

• Regulate Youth Brigade Team Leaders and coordinate activities of the team leaders in the wards they are responsible and assist with community outreach and service delivery activities, oversee the information that must be fed into the work of the economists and statisticians. Ensure accurate information reporting is always provided. To perform and act as Project Managers in this post and the supervision of Brigade Team Leaders that are reporting to them.

Social Development: Service Delivery Brigade Team Leader X529 – R5000:

Requirements:

• Matric and NQF level 5 Qualification in Community Development related field will be an added advantage.

Duties :

• Oversee Service Delivery Brigades in the wards under their span of control who are conducting household profiling, collecting and capture data and assist with community outreach and service delivery activities. Unblocking of challenges that arise and oversee the flow of information into the various channels. Supervise Brigades reporting to them.
